High Pressure Water Jet Assisted Drilling Piling Machine can cut the soil, making it easier for the pile to pass through harder soil layers, such as hard plastic clay and dense sandy soil layers. The jet water jets and pile sinking are synchronized, which solves the problem of difficulty in penetrating hard soil layers during piling. Especially for harder soil layers with a standard penetration number greater than 20, the effect is more significant.
After high-pressure water jet assisted drilling, the pile driving resistance is significantly reduced, the pile sinking speed is accelerated, the efficiency is increased by more than 50%, and the construction cost is not increased. Since the difficulty of pile driving is greatly reduced, the quality of the pile body is effectively protected.
The piling resistance is reduced, and for hammering piles, the hammering energy will be greatly reduced; for static pressure piles, the static pressure mechanical operating power will also be greatly reduced, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
